Bubbaloo History
In the early 1980s, a revolutionary bubblegum was born. Its name was Bubbaloo, it was the first bubblegum with a liquid center. This exciting invention made its debut in the Mexican and Brazilian markets, and it was an instant hit.
Bubbaloo was produced by a company called Canderaria, and it was unlike any other gum at the time. The gum was small, but it packed a punch with its liquid center. The mascot of Bubbaloo was a cool cat named Bubba, who became a beloved figure among gum chewers. Bubbaloo comes in a variety of flavors, including Mint, Blueberry March, Strawberry, Cherry, Cola, Green Apple, Grape, Banana, and Tutti Frutti. Here, we tested banana.

Taste - 4.3 (out of 5)
Liquid center alert! The banana flavor came at us like a wrecking ball and it was a total banana party in our mouths, but the party was over pretty quickly. If you like the flavor of banana, you’ll love the flavor here. Our flavor reviewers were mixed, based on their affinity for the yellow fruit.
Flavor Duration - 2.7 (out of 5)
Our team gave the flavor an average duration of just under 7 minutes. Not great, but not too bad either. Maybe it’s easy to notice when the flavor is gone due to the fact that it starts so strongly.
Texture - 5.0 (out of 5)
The opening texture is very unique due to the liquid center. You won’t find many bubble gums out there packing a liquid surprise in the middle. Once the liquid is chewed up, the gum takes on a nice consistency like most other bubble gums.
Bubble Blowing Ability - 2.5 (out of 5)
Only one of the bubble bunch reviewers was able to get a large bubble. The rest of us were stuck with medium or small bubbles. Don’t expect to break any world records with this one.
Conclusion
Bubbaloo is a solid choice. The liquid center was an awesome innovation in the history of bubble gum. If you like the flavor of banana, we think you’ll love this one. Keep your expectations low in terms of the size of bubbles you’ll be able to blow with Bubbaloo and be sure to have another piece ready after about 7 minutes if you want to keep the flavor party going.
